If they gain a few pounds, the paparazzi are always there to take pictures, creating a negative buzz on how unattractive they look. To combat such press, celebrities hire trainers and follow a few simple eat rules to keep their figure in shape. Here are a few weight loss tips used by some of the top celebrities in the world.

1. Portion Control

Drew Barrymore believes that everyone should eat what they want, but the trick is to do so in small quantities. Deprivation diets are difficult to maintain for a long period of time and portion control is a practice that can become a lifelong habit. Jennifer Lopez is another celebrity that believes in portion control. She eats what she wants, even fast food, but makes sure that her portions are small and never overeats.

2. Mix Exercise and Time with Loved Ones

Heidi Klum stays busy with her career as well as taking care of four children. She fits in exercise by doing things with her family.
